- Detailed customized rehearsal dinner & wedding budget

- Design of site & décor plan for rehearsal dinner and wedding
- 6 Wedding Coordinator meetings before event & provide unlimited phone and email communication
- Full-service vendor coordination: Assistance with selection of all vendors & negotiate all vendor contracts
- 2-3 appointments with the desired service providers such as Venue, Florist, DJ/Musician, Photographer, Videographer, Custom Linens, Rental items
- Coordination with vendors: Contact all vendors one month before event, confirming arrival times, venue’s procedures, details & timeline for event
- Detailed timeline, production schedule, and itinerary of the event sent to the client & all vendors two weeks prior
- Complimentary mock-up table with design concept incorporated
- Assistance with the menu selection with catering manager & client
- Assistance with photography list
- Song list & timeline with the musical vendor for ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, bouquet & garter toss, last dance and any other special moment the couple would like to request
- Coordination of Ceremony: Contact Officiant to coordinate ceremony & ceremony rehearsal
- Assistance with seating chart advice
- Assistance with place cards, guest book, menus, programs, gifts and all set-up
- Design & Décor Plan: Assure all centerpieces, favors, place cards and décor are properly placed in accordance to décor plan
- Assistance with the DJ/Band or Musician before event, attending sound check
- Final payments & gratuities to all vendors
- Guest list management including assistance with seating charts, hotel room reservations, out-of-town guest packages & gift
- Organization of transportation or hotels
- On-site coordination on the day of the event including rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception

Lollipop Events & Designs will make sure your day is filled with sweet sensations by coordinating the “Day-Of” event.
- 3 Wedding Coordinator meetings before event & unlimited phone and email communication
- Vendor coordination: review vendor list & vendor contracts provided by client. Contact all vendors one month before event, confirming arrival times, venue’s procedures, details & timeline for event
