Table:
The mother earth is the main palette for this table. We merely threw a bright square pattern picnic blanket onto the grass. We actually purchased this blanket from a vendor on the streets of Mexico but you can find similar styles online.
We then purchased stakes from a local hardware store and spray painted them white. We stuck them into the grass a few feet apart. You can string them apart at any length to create a large or small cozy area, depending on the number of guests attending. Another option would be to create multiple small areas for multiple separate cozy nooks.
Next, we spray painted mini-galvanized watering cans with white spray paint. We then filled them with seasonal garden flowers, strung twine through the holes of each stake, and then hung our mini-galvanized watering cans onto the twine.
To create a lounge affect we added a Moroccan stool to add height to the setting, serving as either a stool or a table for guests to set their drinks onto. In the center of the blanket we added a simple white acrylic tray to serve as both a centerpiece and a place to set drinks and food onto. In the middle of the tray we placed a neon pink ceramic pitcher filled with an abundant arrangement of seasonal garden flowers. Next, we placed throw pillows in various patterns and colors around the blanket to add color, interest and comfort for our guests.
For our last step, we placed floral arrangements in bright-galvanized buckets and watering cans around the blanket to visually contain the specialized space
