The invitation sets the tone and provides your guests with sneak peek and a first glimpse into the occasion! Is your event going to be traditional and glamorous? Is it going to be edgy and modern? Will it be a casual destination event or a formal ballroom fete in your local town? No matter what style you choose, the invitation will be the piece that connects all of the dots between you and your event style, providing all of the exciting details to your guests.

Our custom design process begins with an initial meeting or phone discussion to discuss all of the details of your unique design style, personal flair, and event information. Our team wants to get to know you, to ensure that we expertly tailor your invitation to perfectly reflect both you and your event.

Once we figure out your needs, we we’ll prepare a custom price quote based on your invitation’s requirements. This should take a few days to a week depending on the complexity of your project. Once your project details have been agreed upon, you will be provided with a Service Contract that identifies the total cost, deliverables, and time schedule for the project.
At this time you should also provide any information that you want included in the design of your project (i.e. wording of your invitation/announcement text, images that will be used, inspiration, etc…)
*Design will only begin after signed contract and deposit are received.
Now is when the transformation begins and the magic happens! We interpret your individual ideas and style from conception to completion. You can provide us with the exact wording you would like us to use or we can assist you with ideas. Once our team has an understanding of your needs the magic begins! This process includes sending you a few different options of proofs via e-mail. Once you select one of our delicious design options, we’ll take the design and your feedback to create the perfect recipe and concoction of paper candy. Of course, if needed, you will have a chance to make any final edits. After this stage of the design any further changes may require additional payment.
Once you have approved the final mouthwatering design proof, we’ll request the balance of the invoice and start the paper production.

We will send you your completed order within two – six weeks of your final approval and receipt of the invoice in full depending on the custom requirements of your order.
