SANTORINI SOIRE
Aphrodite came into the 20th century for this Greek mystique wedding located on the magical isle of Santorini. The sparkling aqua waters of the Mediterranean inspired the setting for this sea worthy affair. Fluttering butterflies floated above the guests while dramatic black and white stripes lead their eyes to the illuminated trio of flower balls, which seemingly floated over the table on custom lucite trays for a modern twist. Guests were served aqua blue cocktails smoking with dry ice aptly named for the caldera to tie in the history of the famous volcano, which served as the backdrop to this swanky event. Setting the tone of the sailor worthy weekend was a pre-wedding day cruise for the guests to sail around the scenic isle of Santorini on an antique pirate ship.
